Six years later the 9 hole golf course evolved making Shay Grange an ideal facility for golfers of all standards.
In January 2007 the golf centre was temporarily closed for major refurbishment. The golf store was extended to three times its original size. A new driving range was installed with new bay dividers, targets, mats and balls which are renewed at the beginning of every golf season. Through the winter months of 2007 and 2008 an extensive programme was put together to the 9 hole golf course making it what it is to the present day, One of Yorkshires finest pay and play courses.
